The process
I emphasise on having an initial meeting with our customers, either face to face or by video call to understand our customers culture, needs and desired outcomes.
During this interaction, I will also define with you your ideal prospect by sector, company size and key decision makers to engage within the organisation/companies targeted.
Once defined, my aim will be to engage, via telephone, emails and precisely targeted social media avenues, such as LinkedIn.
I aim to unearth 2 to 3 opportunities per month with prospects.
With an opportunity unearthed, I coordinate a meeting with the prospect, to discuss their requirements in detail.
I will also provide a detailed weekly progress report outling information about the prospect, stage of the process and the next steps.
The setup process is quite straightforward, I will need an email signature, as I will be essentially be wearing your agencies hat, along with some of your creds.
